Hi,
my name is Alasdair Cook, and this is my new-look
personal hillwalking log, which replaces Ally
and Steven's Hillwalking Adventures, my former website, which
was a record of my walks with my teenage son, Steven.
But
now Steven no longer does any hillwalking, and does not want to associated
with his dad's website. So I have recently converted all my pages over to
this new format. Some pages are still missing, so I apologise if you still
find a few "Under Construction" pages (or the dreaded "page
not found") - I am working on it.
It's
just a modest personal record, nothing spectacular. So don't expect to find
any major ascents or anything particularly dramatic. It's just a personal
thing, which you are free to share, if you are interested.
Unless you've stumbled upon this site by accident, then you are probably a friend whom I've badgered into coming here. So I won't go into any further introductions. If you want to know more about me, checkout the About Me page.
